I'm watching Born to be different on More4  I've been following it over the years

Good, goes back to pouring wine down one's neck 

I started to watch that new zombie programme, but now I've taken to solving a software issue on my second computer (Java). Flicked to another channel about the toughest prisoners in Alaska !!

Oooo! La-di-da! 'One's' neck eh? 

Is the zombie thing no good then, EC?   I'm recording it. 

She's been hob nobbing with her Maj on ITV obviously. Delusions of grandeur!

I'm afraid I turned over as I got distracted. It looked OK, I'm not a big fan of zombie stuff. For some reason I got a Being Human feeling about it - not sure why!

It may end up being a good programme - just have to play catch up on iPlayer when I have more time to sit down and view it properly.

I'm recording it because I'm fed up hearing how good Walking Dead and Being Human are and I've not watched any of them.   Being a right wuss Im not really good with 'horror' so I'll probably watch five minutes and give up and/or cry.

I'm recording this new one too Kaffs.  Semi-zombie premiss sounds fun to me but I have a very high tolerance of zombie disgustingness!  Being Human was fab and Walking Dead is fabber but revolting!  

Try watching them during the day - it's less scary that way 

I saw some of the first season of Being Human and enjoyed it, but got out of the habit of watching it. I intend to pick up the complete blu-ray box set and watch it from S1E1 right through to the end.

My niece has raved about Walking Dead to me and my sister since series 1 - so much so she bought her mum season one on DVD for her birthday.  she's hooked now too and I'm going to borrow it.    She tells me you get de-sensitised to the disgustingness after a while   *bites nails*

I'll maybe try at the Easter weekend then when I can telly watch a lot in the day!

OMG - 8 parts? I had no idea.

There's been a lot of fuss about Broadchurch being much longer than the average British detective show, but it's still short compared with other European series: the last series of The Killing was 10 episodes, and Spiral was 12 (they just seem shorter because the BBC shows them as double-episodes...)

Who do you think the second one to die will be? I thought it might be the fireman Paul but now I'm thinking it could be the woman fire fighter

Anyone watch The Syndicate last night? I enjoyed the first one - this one looks like it's gonna be good too.

I had to google because it was annoying me too.  he was in the mini series of Titanic

AND.. where I remember him from is Waterloo Road, he was the school canteen chef for a little while.

he was in The tudors too if you watched that

Thank you I think it's the Titanic one that is the one I'm thinking of although I do watch Waterloo Road.

Only seen a couple of the Tudors - my Mum has them all on DVD - think I'll watch them one day

I did as well   hadnt seen the 1st series and wondered if it was a continuation but googled and see it was supermarket staff last time 

will look forward to seeing the continuing saga of Mandy and Steve's spiked booze
