So Channel 4 say, to get a refund "if you wish" (ha!) on your phone voting for the abortion this week (I use the word advisedly) then you have to:

1. Provide a phone bill (could take up to 3 months to get one)
2. Tell them how many times you voted (though surely this would be obvious from the bill you supplied)
3. Wait for them to validate your calls.
4. Wait God knows how long for a cheque.
5. Pay said cheque in.
6. Wait about a week for the cheque to clear.

So, it takes seconds to vote and weeks to get the money back when it all goes tits up.

What a farce, and Endemol are still using your money for interest.

And that's not including any comment on Ken's departure.

So to anyone who voted - think about why you actually bother.
