we did have spoiler warnings in the old three broomsticks but there were only 3 regulars ( i want to say the 3rd was h1n1 but that's swine flu it was deffo 2 letters and 2 numbers)

I'm reading the books to my husband at the moment. I'm on book 4. I don't like my chances of finishing that and book 5 in time for the next movie. I hope he doesn't get too confused.

I understand the lasyt book is going to be filmed in two parts
I started reading it again last night strangely enough and then saw this thread

Yes it is 6 next, the Half Blood Prince. The trailers look fab! But they give too much away about the story. Typical. Although, I didn't see anything in the trailer about the potions book, and hence the whole Half Blood Prince storyline.

I don't mind that they are splitting the last book into 2. It will last longer that way.

I've only seen the first film and it didn't live up to the book, so I've never seen any of the others. If I hadn't read the book I probably would have thought the film was really good though.

They have never lived up to the books. The order of the pheoniz really really annoyed me.

It missed out Kreacher's part of causing them to go to London

At least the did have Kreacher in it. They weren't planning to, but JK said he had to be in the film.

I watched the preview for the new movie today, its got me very excited for it now.

But what I am confused about is, if rumours are true, they are making the last book in to 2 movies, how will that work? I can't think what they can conclude in the first part.

Yes, they are splitting the last one, which I think is better than missing too much out of it.

I absolutely adore Harry Potter, I still can`t resist watching Order of the Phoenix every time it comes on Sky movies and I`ve read all the books at least 3 times. I`m just so gutted that there won`t be any more books, every time the new one came out I wouldn`t move till I`d finished it, I used to get corns on my bum
