How contrived and set-up, I thought, when the potential housemates were called upon to say who they thought they would like, or dislike, or even who they would want to nominate.
You wouldn't have had this sort of nonsense in the early Big Brothers.
It's sad that the producers think they need to stir the pot all the time. It's also sad that they think confrontation is always vital and entertaining. May I just point out that an absence of confrontation can be entertaining too.
