I keep getting ads for engagement rings

have you got a ring yet?  Or are you being all celeb and tattooing your finger or something?

I do have one Kaffy, but it's still away being resized It's been almost 2 weeks now and I'm about to burst... I've been waiting ever so patiently for it to come back, ahem

A bit of both Kaffy, we had been into the shop together and looked at stuff and I'd 'guided' him in the direction of the one I liked But he went and bought it himself, I didn't know he'd got it I took a couple of pics before it went away, so I could show my mam - you can really see it's too big on a couple of them

People keep asking for details, but I'm  not sure what they want to know He asked when we were on holibobs, we were staying for a night in a bootiful hotel in Loch Lomond. We'd gone out for a walk around the village (and I had my big DSLR camera ) and he asked when it was just us by the Loch - I don't like public proposals It was lovely and everything, but I was friggin freezing and worried he was going to drop the ring in the water

Why, we want to know EVERYTHING, of course 

I think it's great that he bought the ring himself (and well guided!)  

So you do HAVE photos then.... hint hint....

We'll know by the typos when you have the ring back - I remember not being able to type properly for admiring my left hand as my fingers moved..

It's supposed to be back by Friday, I don't know if I can contain myself that long!

Awwwwww .................I still love my engagement ring and it's almost 40 years old. I remember choosing/buying it - all so lovely and exciting. We got engaged on my 18th Birthday - I just loved flashing it off to my friends and work colleagues.
