I'm quite looking forward to it. I like 'events'.
I hope it's on telly when I get married but I don't think they do 'mere peasants' getting married on telly. Bastards.
I was too late to R.S.V.P.
are you getting married prom?

I might be . If it's not on telly I shall complain to the Queen who will probably tell me to f*ck off. I wonder how that will sound... 'feourk oooorf'? She always has to sound extra posh which makes her incomprehensible.

You cud webcam/video it & stick on You tube for us to all see - that's a bit like being on the tellybox In answer to your question - couldn't give a wotnot tbh ...
So according to the GaGaKILLjoys nobody will be watching the royal wedding. Blimey
What day of the week is the wedding? if it's a Saturday hubby watches footie on tv. Can't say I've any interest in it anyway. The people I'm happy for are the ones who will get a day off work

I know who I'm going to get married to. It won't be on telly. And I haven't got a big nose. Are you quite done Inspector Slim?

Cost ÂĢ5 to get married back then
That's fantastic slim. Best ÂĢ5 you ever spent
I wasn't looking forward to it (or even thinking about it), but I saw something about her dress on tele the other day and now I'm sort of looking forward to it (but only cos I wanna see the frock although Kate needs to gain a couple of pounds).
I don't think anything will ever match the hype that Diana's had, though. I liked Diana's, but when I read her book that said she was downright bloody miserable on her wedding day and didn't actually want to get married cos Charles was servicing Shergar it made me think the Royal thing is more about protocol and expectation than real emotion. If Kate and whatsisface do something mental like he whips his willy out and says 'wayheyyyy f**kers! Bet you weren't expecting that' then I'll cheer.

I sometimes have to pinch myself to remind myself of that fact....
I was watching the news when Dianas accident was reported on the telly - I was asleep on the couch that night ..
Didnt like her dress Karma - too much material!

The dress was all creased! We were watching it school and I remember thinking 'that thing needs my mum to iron it'. I thought her tiara was berrryootiful though Didnt like her dress Karma - too much material!
The night she died I was 4 months pregnant and my brother was working for ITV (editing) at that time, we got a call around 2.30am saying he had to go into work to cover the story (it was thought that she had 'walked away' from the crash at that point) and I had to drop him into the tv studios in the West End. Just as my brother phoned to tell us Diana died (around 4ish am our time) me and my mum were driving past Kensington Palace. I remember driving past the gates to her house and seeing people milling about and thinking 'you lot haven't got a clue what's going on'. Trufax!
I was looking forward to Phil and Shirley's, but that seems to have gone bosoms up.
Shirley proper let me down, Glenda should have lost some molars East end? She ain't even East Croydon. Meh!

I must say, I was expecting a battering!
At the moment I couldn't care less, but come the day I'll probably have a big bucket of popcorn in ,and a lovely bottle of champagne on ice, and thoroughly enjoy the whole pageant.
