It is Friday the 29th.
Ahhh, thanks SB  so unless hubby finds a channel with either cricket, golf, footie or tennis then maybe that means there's window to watch the wedding lol. Can't say I feel interested in it right now, but, just maybe because it will be something different to watch on tv and a big event I'm not totally ruling out that I might watch it

Why are you dodging my question - are you hiding something

Okay, it's true. I'm not 3 feet tall

I know who I'm going to get married to. It won't be on telly. And I haven't got a big nose. Are you quite done Inspector Slim?

Will be my 28th anniversary this year - more than half my life

Cost ÂĢ5 to get married back then

I wasn't looking forward to it (or even thinking about it), but I saw something about her dress on tele the other day and now I'm sort of looking forward to it (but only cos I wanna see the frock although Kate needs to gain a couple of pounds).

I don't think anything will ever match the hype that Diana's had, though. I liked Diana's, but when I read her book that said she was downright bloody miserable on her wedding day and didn't actually want to get married cos Charles was servicing Shergar it made me think the Royal thing is more about protocol and expectation than real emotion. If Kate and whatsisface do something mental like he whips his willy out and says 'wayheyyyy f**kers! Bet you weren't expecting that' then I'll cheer.

Didnt like her dress Karma - too much material!
The dress was all creased! We were watching it school and I remember thinking 'that thing needs my mum to iron it'. I thought her tiara was berrryootiful though

The night she died I was 4 months pregnant and my brother was working for ITV (editing) at that time, we got a call around 2.30am saying he had to go into work to cover the story (it was thought that she had 'walked away' from the crash at that point) and I had to drop him into the tv studios in the West End. Just as my brother phoned to tell us Diana died (around 4ish am our time) me and my mum were driving past Kensington Palace. I remember driving past the gates to her house and seeing people milling about and thinking 'you lot haven't got a clue what's going on'. Trufax!
