A huge fan of it, glad its back
Have you watched both previous series, Meaty?
Loved it Moomin - any idea where the restaurants are this time?
I keep seeing the trailer and I swear I get more excited every time it's on. I love this programme and I love Raymond.
I don't know, Rexi - I guess they all have to be within a certain distance from his own place Le Manoir in Oxfordshire.
Let's make this a discussion thread then - so we can chat about the couples etc.
Though I will have to record the first programme as I have to go out on Thursday.

I'm in - love the programme - hope there is at least one restaurant in Oxford again
In the first series there was a restaurant literally 10 mins walk from a cottage where we stay in the Cotswolds!! Never went to it while they were using it though - did you go to one in Oxford then Rexi?
No - couldn't stand that awful man
I will this time though

I heard that this time all the restaurants will be in the same street, for an even playing field sort of thing. I think they are all in Bristol.
That's a good plan squiggle
Just a reminder that this is on tonight!!

I cannot wait! It amazes me every time how clueless some of the couples are! Don't they watch previous series? Don't they watch Masterchef when the contestants go into a professional kitchen?
Can't wait for tonight,
7:30-8.00 Eastenders
8:00-9.00 The Restaurant
Feet up with a Kebab and im sorted

This is from the BBC Restaurant website:
"The Restaurant is back for a third season. World-renowned chef Raymond Blanc, along with partners David Moore and Sarah Willingham, is on the hunt for a couple to back in a brand new restaurant venture. This time all three will be investing their own money in the winners' restaurant, so the stakes are high from the off."
I have always found Sarah Willingham a bit er..of an ogre -0 a bit threatening.
And I have always found Raymond Blanc plain-speaking, yet courteous.
Sarah Willingham scares me!!
woohoo. I love the show. I hope we can all discuss how each contestants mess up in here

Im wondering that too, surely they knew buying all this supermarket crap would piss Raymond off. They all seem to have the same excuse... "not enough time"
