Do you listen to it? Do you make it a tradition?
Do you actually take on board her message?
Should it be a different Royal each year?
Oh and . . . do you stand when the National Anthem is played?
My Dad did one year and said we should too!!

No to all of the above .
Get rid.

We always listen to the Queen's Speech, it was a tradition in my family and in Mr Yogi's too.
don't watch it live because the telly doesn't go on on Christmas day (not even for her) Will probably watch it at some stage though, just to see what she's saying.
Oh i'll tell you wot she'll be saying,
"In the year of my Golden Jubilee we saw the Commonwealth come together at the Olympics held, this year, in London"
It wouldn't be the Queen's speech if a different royal did it each year!

I'm still having lunch when Her Maj is broadcasted so no I don't listen or watch.
I dunno why, but it always makes me think I should stand by my bed saluting

It could be renamed the queen's address, thereby allowing a different royal to deliver it.
... or as I would prefer, "The Queen's Thinkings".
