That’s good ….it’s better here now too….although we had snow and heavy rain this morning !

Afternoon ladies! Today was very unremarkable, weatherwise. Put some more rubbish in the bins and moved them to a more sheltered area in readiness for the strong winds forecast from 2 am Sunday to 8 am Monday. Might be some sleet, but nothing really to worry about.

Hi EFFT Yes, we’ve got strong winds forecast too ….so I won’t put my bin out for collection until Tuesday morning …I usually put it out ready on a Monday afternoon ….but don’t think I’ll risk it it this week

No, it's wet and windy here too!

Well, the rain just stopped, the wind just dropped, the clouds just rolled away and there are great swaithes of blue sky appearing!

Afternoon to you both ...blowing strong here...dry though

We are expecting the worst of it tomorrow morning between about 7-10 ….so early wake up call!

I think our winds are supposed to peak between 11 pm Sunday and 3 am Monday, but will stay quite strong up to 7 am.

Afternoon Slim and EFFT What a dreadful night here ….and it’s still very windy …..I hope it’s better where you are !

Wasn't anywhere as bad as forecast, up here. Quite windy at times and frequent very heavy raih showers, but nothing to perturb anyone. Right now it is a bit windy, but sunny with blue skies and not too cold.

Glad it wasn’t too bad where you are EFFT I think this storm directly hit the west side , but the middle of the country …where I am . It was definitely worse than Eunice for me ….especially as it arrived after dark , which always seems more scary !

Well we're still standing after a pretty hefty bit of wind and rain. It's a fairly lovely sunny day with strong winds now, which are due to taper off later on.

It’s brightened up here too now Slim ….but apparently there is another storm due here tomorrow !

Awwww that’s good Slim…..yes, it’s better here today , although still a bit breezy .

Not bad today. A jaunty breeze and lots of sunshine interspersed with frequent rain showers.
