Good My day is going ok ….or what passes for ok these days Went for a walk this morning ….just o er 4K ….but I have to have a day off tomorrow cos I’ve done 3 days on the trot , and my ankle was definitely starting to complain !

Awww ..maybe you shouldn't walk so far.....maybe a shorter distance and a potter round the garden

Don’t worry , I don’t overdo it . I’m guessing if it hadn’t been for Covid I’d have had plenty of physio , so all I can do now is DIY

Keeping it moving is better than letting it seize up
Had a good walk myself going for my jab....taxi dropped me off in luscious countryside and glorious sunshine, so I asked him to pick me up a good mile away from the centre....was refreshing

When it's safe to, you will be able to make up for it on your bus pass
After my Dad gave up his licence, he & his companion would often get a bus to surrounding beauty spots

Yes , I used to get the bus two or three times a week ….and my friend and I used to catch a train to various places ( seaside , or London)  3/4 times a year too ….but , aside from covid , her husband is now terminally ill too .
