Day is going good thanx ....had my jab this morning, which went fine .....managed to stay dry in the process what with it being sunny one minute & throwing it down the next

Yayyyyy ....was that your first , or second dose ? It rained overnight here , but has been sunny up to now . I slept much better thanks ....and went for another walk this morning .

Am hoping I won't have to wait too long as they are wanting all second doses done before they move on to the next category...so I believe...we'll see how that pans out

Managed to drop by my house to say hello (stayed outside mind)...saw two of my boys ....brought a massive smile to my day

What I read the other day said that everyone who hadn't yet had a first jab was being urged to make an appointment before supplies dipped, but that doesn't make sense to me because if supplies dip then surely it means that MORE has to be reserved for second jabs and LESS will be available for new first jabs!

Hi EFFT How are you doing? What I understood was that all second jabs were going ahead , but that there will be limited stocks for 1st jabs until new supplies arrived in May .....but I might have got that wrong .

Hi Baz, I'm ok. Just a bit lethargic. However, looking forward to tomorrow for two reasons. Firstly my sister, the one I was regularly skyping but has been not too well for a while, has announced that she feels up to skyping again and we are potentially skyping at 10:30 AM tomorrow and secondly the new GP season starts this weekend and the qualifying session is tomorrow!

As far as Covid jabs go, it is equally possible that I haven't picked up on it 100% either.

I was told that there is potentially enough vaccine for all those that have been invited to book an appt plus second jabs ..time will tell I guess

Thanks Slim. I have visions of us both sitting  staring in silence at each other (we both have webcams) not knowing what to say 'cos it's been so long since we last physically talked.

I'm sure it wont really be like that though.

AstraZeneca ....seems to be okay so far....maybe a slight bruising but would get that from any other jab

Gonna have me a day of rest ...might even get takeout for dinner ....haven't had a takeout for over a year...there's loads to choose from round here....hmmmmm what to have

Really pleased to hear your skype chat went well....it's surprising how time flies by when catching up

All clocks done here plus the sun is shining so have been out for a stroll...fed the ducks, swans & geese on the river and of course the sea gulls<<<<they're a damn nuisance and very noisy (thugs of the water skies)
