It was a case of having to Slim . A friend and her daughter came in once a day for 3/4 weeks ....just to sort anything that I couldn’t , but basically I was on my own from the get go .....
Good friends are to be treasured indeed......Glad you overcame and are able to now manage, albeit a little painful sometimes

Went for a stroll across the bridge earlier...popped into M&S for a few bits & then to the Coop ...picked up their new monthly free booklet....I like to attempt their recipes 
..They have a Banana & Bacon cookie recipe in this months

Glad you slept ok. ...think I’ll pass on the banana and bacon cookie ta. I’ve not been in an actual shop for over a year .....I just can’t pluck up the courage .

I do most of our shopping on line via the Coop, but Dad wanted some Duck with truffle pate from M&S 
plus some authentic Greek yoghurt....I don't mind going in in person as they are pretty good with their customer count & social distancing, and as long as I wear my mask plus anti bac my hands on the way in and out.......have managed to stay safe for a year now

Wandered about for a bit but managed to nod off eventually...got me a good few hours sleep though
How about you...did you sleep well?
Strolled out down along the river ....tried my best to stay in the sunlight cos is a bit nippy in the shade....folk must have thought I was drunk the way I was swerving about

At you swerving back and forth . Glad you slept well though Slim .I had a really bad night ....for physical reasons , as opposed to emotional though. 
Bugger! I'm sure they do it just to test me
