I tend to pick a track I want to hear on you tube and then let it just go down the list...can be quite eclectic

Yes, I have to admit I usually open my windows everyday ....just the small ones at the top .....cos that’s how I was brought up . I am usually up until 11/12 o’clock  ...the trouble I have is not getting to sleep , it’s staying asleep ....I find I wake up every couple of hours ....it’s like having a baby again
