Bloody council tax they've decided because I have a child in the house that is going to be 20 soon I've got to pay full council tax (talk about BB is watching you) so I rang them to query it and they said if she's a full time student and you can prove it you won't have to pay, so I get proof take it down and today 8weeks later I get a demand for the full price again
