Hello Trixy - hows Uni ? I went out to Durham the other day - i feel soooo at home there among the students i am seriously thinking in the future of buying as big a house as i can and renting ot out to students and living with them
Ahhhh sorry Renton I ran away to get drunk. Uni is wicked only got 3 months left til I graduate, so it's quite a busy time with finishing my dissertation (due in 3 weeks on monday...gulp) and then revision for my 5 exams will begin so a horrible few weeks really. Haha your plan sounds like a good one but if you were to live there too then you would have to pay council tax which for the students would be a massive bummer.
