I've never had vertigo, but my friend did when she had an inner ear infection. It affected her balance, made her dizzy and feel sick, even turning her head made her ill. Do they know the cause of yours, Aimee?

its my sinuses that cause the problems, since i got my nose broke it doesn't drain properly, it blokes my ears basically and that causes the vertigo, all tablets seem to knock me out i've had it a few times, the worst time i was off my feet for 8 mths 
its just a case of waiting for it to right it self, i've not took any tablets today and i've been to bulwell shopping and crossed fingers i feel ok
