He was a nutter  he asked me if we had snow and had i been to play in it  he said he would test my box from his end *don't know how he did that from India*  he came back and said that my box was very poorly indeed and that i needed an engineer to call  he said the engineer would call on the 17th then he said that was his birthday so i said happy birthday for the 17th and he said oh thank you, you are the first person to say that to me   when i got off the phone Aimee said who the hell was you talking to

Sorry to interupt your convo Sitters, but I saw that you were on about the bloody Virgin Call centre. I have Virgin cable and it's an OK service, but the OH has been having a few probs with the BB and re-router.....that lot over there are bloody useless and they always tell you that there's nothing wrong, when you know damn fine the thing is down

Kaytee   have just found on the virgin site that they have a power outtage at one of their sites...was the not knowing...if the webby is down  tis imposs to check on their site. & trying to get through on the phone was a chuffin nightmare...I kept getting cut off...each time having to listen to some pre-recorded insipant      grrrrrr could have swung for someone!
