I held onto the phone for 25 minutes yesterday, listening to their adverts and hearing how important I was to them ... then when the phone was answered the bloke said he was the only person there. Oh yeah, all their customers were really, really important to them

I don't like it when the call centres are manned by folk that I have to keep saying 'excuse me but can you repeat that' coz I can't understand their lack of the English language!

She's applied for two courses in London and two in the West country. She got AAB, so providing her portfolio is okay (she's an arty type) she should be okay.



She did consider a gap year - this is just it now. She's working in a High Street shop - good money, she should be able to save up a fair chunk for next year

Ah thats good, I'm sure she'll enjoy it more next year as well now shes had a bad experience.
