sorry had to dash again, tis a luverly day oop north and housewifey needs must!  Your house will be pristine soon moons  - gonna throw a hoose warmin party?  Wish my OH would pull his finger out and sort our house out...he's a joiner and well, it's the old story about cobbler's weans....       Our gate is made from an old packing crate that he had to pay his boss for.   He gets nowt for free  ... but that's why his boss has 3 or 4 fancy cars and umpteen properties!!
