beef stew and dumplings tomorrow as everybody is in and out and not sure what time to do a roast for so slow cooker will keep without spoiling for whatever time they bhit base to eat

Aimee thought it was the putter to modem cable. So she brought a new. Thought it was ok but apparently not
She doesn't have a router but has sent for one

sounds like it is the modem if you have put a new wire on it today ?  or a fault on the line ?

I had that problem and it was the actual telephone socket itself - nothing to do with the modem or pc   still had the problem once I changed to a router until BT sorted socket out

mines not connected to the phone socket, we've got this box with flashing lights that the wire is connected to and we plug it into the lappy, can you tell i know nothing about computers
