Poor kittys. My dog was completely unfazed by the fireworks, which was surprising as she is, usually, the biggest wimp in the world.

Fine Moonie. Weather is a bit overcast but at least the rain has stopped for a while. I`m off to the garden centre soon. Poor hubby is frightened I`ll come home with more Xmas decs.

Awww, when I was little my nana had a big collie dog and he was frightened of fireworks. He used to climb up onto my nana`s knee and shake with fear. It was sad to see. I feel for animals like your neice`s dog and Puss`s cats.

very overcast today, very grey, but not a flicker of wind, its wierd!  I'm watching the tree in my front garden and the leaves are just not moving.  Maybe the trees are traumatised too

Yogi, I hate fireworks with a passion, they are dangerous and scare the life out of all the animals.  We always have a display at our local meadow and they start building the bonfire a couple of weeks before the event, every time I think of it I can't help thinking of all the lil animals that have found shelter there
