so far so good, money not what he used to get....but at least tis work and we can plan stuff again it's been a hard 12 months or so,  an I ain't told you the half of it really, but we seem to have come through better than some, so have to be grateful always look for a positive

Have phoned them twice today..& am waiting for the engineer to call back!.........Lady on the phone said it can take up to 48hrs.........asked why the bloody hell don't they say that in the literature..till midnight it reads!...Sorry she said!...SORRY! means nowt does it?
Still will be sorted eventually!...........shall keep smiling!

and looking lovely with it but the customer service is a bit shite isn't it......I get really annoyed with some, but if u lose your temper you get nowhere so I put the saccharin sweet voice on to get results.
