Can you explain how to drag

Maggie xx
I can
I'll use the example of you're avi in this quote.
I simply opened this comment box and then hovered my mouse pointer over your avi and pressed the left mouse button.
without releasing the button I moved [dragged] the pointer so that it was next to 'REFERENCE:'
Then I let go of the button and 'dropped' your avi in the comment box
next I pressed on the picture of your avi to make it scalable and shrunk it down to the size you see

Hope this helps

Did you see the sticky at the top? I was having the same trouble but all fixed now
Cagney, thank you for taking the trouble to reply.  I did read Spider's thread but I use the AOL browser at all times.  I don't use IE.  I did go to look for the 'eye' with the red and white circle at the btm of IE, but there was nothing like that on it.  After a while, I realised that AOL has its own controls for pop-ups and things and I just added LiveCloud to a list of 'allows' and lo and behold, all the avvys have come back.  So thank you, you did make me stop and think of another way that I could get my AOL brower to accept the added things on here.  I prefer AOL because it is what I have used for years and I do not want to change.
