It's working for me!   I've already bonded with the new Doctor and I like Amy.  Happy bunny.

Loving the new Doctor!

Love Amy. I like the Doctor, a wee bit too flippant but it`s early days. Maybe a bit trivial but I was disappointed with his outfit. I remember when David Tennant changed into his..it was wow! It`s a mad professor look so it could eventually work with his character. I love his deep set eyes..sexy.

I wasn't too sure about him either Yogi, but I think he's going to settle in quite nicely.

I wouldn`t say he was awful stonksy but I wasn`t keen. I never really believed him. The overuse of the wide eyed look did it for me.

I liked David Tennant as the Doctor, and am surprised how quick I like Matt. Enjoyed it tonight and look forward to the rest of the series.

Stronger opening episode than most series.  When he mentioned bow ties in the press I thought it might be going back to the more zany (and annoying) style of the doctors of past but I was pleasantly surprised.  The new assistant was better than I expected too.  Liked them both.

Well - I think it's safe to say Matt's debut was a roaring success?     I'm even finding him more attractive now I've seen him in action.

I preferred Christopher Eccleston to David Tennant. DT had lovely hair, though, and his outfit was great.

Although I couldn't stand DT when he first became the doctor and I ended up loving him

I've now had a chance to see it and enjpyed it, though it's too early to say how the new Doctor will do in the longer term.

I hadn't realised of course when I made my original post that the new assistant was a kissogram which explains the shortness of her skirt. I somehow suspect that;s the last we'll see of that skirt.
