As you can imagine this dreadful programme has caused some local alarm in the last year. But you can't knock the script or the acting.

How most of them wasn't rounded up after it aired and arrested is beyond me, one bloke was actually shown weighing out and bagging drugs, I think that one was arrested before the show was aired though

 If you want to know more about this programme you should google the Middlesbrough Evening Gazette. The programme makers wanted to use various parts of Middlesbrough but after a long campaign which included our football fans : proud : they got chased out of town.

Why Stockton let them film I'll never know. Same story as before, giving cash and alcohol to the victims.

 

       
       


I've often thought they must give them something, I did read an article that said they are told that if they commit a crime while being filmed it will be shown, they must be getting something for them to take the risk of being arrested, sanctions and eviction

The disabled boy who we saw has died during the filming of the show. A very challenging life for him and his mum.

Still no bailed out bankers sniffing cocaine off the backsides of high class prostitutes featured?

I'm sorry, but I never buy this "they have nothing to do round here". When I was a kid we always found things to do, and my parents were not rich and we did not live in a rich area. My Dad was a steelworker and my mum worked as a cleaner at that point in time.

 

WE made dens. We played sports, we built go-karts. We went to the swimming baths. all sorts of things to do.

 

I think they just don't have the gumption.
