I'm afraid I rather enjoy it when people lose a lot of money.

(Except they aren't losing it because they never really had it did they?)
What strikes me more than anything is the lack of communication between contestants.
The vast majority just don't listen to each other.
But I have read today, about a conspiracy theory.
Apparently there is a rumour going round that the contestants on The Million Pound Drop
are potential Big Brother contestants. (They have all been young and they have all played up for the camera.)

I've watched it all week and found it very depressing.

I felt very sorry for the couple last night, who played it rather well and lost £25,000 on the last question!

They are over-acting - very badly. That was very much a performance (a bad one) for the tv cameras.
This makes me think the Big Brother conspiracy theory (see first post) might be possible (because in BB you get people acting badly for the cameras.)

It was quite a good show but for them only to pay out £75,000 over the full week on a prime time show...maybe they could have an alternative question system where contestants would have left with a small prize at least

I would just like to add that I thought Davina did a great job.....................I know that there are those that (for some reason) can't stand her but .............I think she's great and really hope that she has a future in TV after BB.

I don't mind her, but she's like my teenager, talks too fast and then gets her words all jumbled up

i think they may bring this show back though, looks like alot of people have been watching, even my mum and dad have been watching it and they hardly ever watch CH 4

I only saw it on the first night, so I can't really comment on the Big Brother aspect, but I also smirk and gloat when they lose.
