i'm going to eat a bit of my chickin and fish and share some with felix because he needs comforting - he's had a hacksident to his toe.
 poor felix!


and then i'm going to go to bed in my old basket that aunty pet kept here for me.

welcome back tlc   i missed fishday friday because i was waiting for some important news - my human kitten has just had her own human kitten  - a little girl.  we had salmon fishcakes for tea and so i've popped some salmon in the fridge along with the cream from mr machel's trifle, don't forget to leave your stocking out for father christmas!

There've been a few changes to the place since you were last here, but I'm sure you'll soon get the hang of it.

it has changed a lot hasn't it?
I've only been away a few weeks really but they redecorated while i was gone.


everything is still the same at my aunty pet's though.
i've brought my toys and feather with me while i'm staying here and i've got my new leck trick heat pad to put under my bed on cold nights - leroy's daddy bought that for me when the cold weather started.


it's lovely to be back with aunty pet again  - although i fink she's a bit of a hippo kritt !

aunty pet always got cross with me if i caught little birdies and brought them into the house but she has just brought in the most GINORMOUS birdie that she says she's going to eat on kiss muss day
she says its a turk hee.
i can't imagine where she caught it.
i've never seen anything like that in our garden..... 
She'd be furious if i dragged something like that in through the cat flap but it's all right if she does it a parrant lee.

this is the leck trick heat pad that leroy's daddy bought me.
it goes under my cat bed and keeps me toasty warm all night long..

thank you marguerita for all the lovely pictures and things. i loved the snow cat.
i wonder if i can get leroy to make one like that for me in aunty pet's garden.


it's nice being back here at aunty pets for kiss muss.
aunty pet is still a bit poorly and can't do much, but the big man and leroy help a lot.
leroy has grown a lot bigger this year and he is quite strong and good at helping aunty pet.
i can't help much of course but i try not to be a nuisance.
sometimes i just can't seem to help it though.


aunty pet has put a kiss muss tree in the house with bright coloured balls hanging off it.
i just couldn't help hitting some of the balls with my paw.
there was a really nice one i wanted to hit but but was quite high up the tree, a bit out of reach and i had to leap up to hit it with my paw.
unfortunately my claw caught in the string and i pulled the whole tree over and it broke some of the things on it and made a terrible mess.


i ran off upstairs and hid under the bed for hours until everyone had calmed down.


i could hear them all shouting about cooking fat again!

Fishday friday   as i am catering for a buffet this evening there are some prawns, salmon and tuna, not forgetting the cream of EVERYONE'S trifle (not just mr machel's - no matter where he hides it!)  taylor likes to play with the decorations on the tree too tlc but he plays with the bigger ones at the bottom

today is kissmouse day !

MY NEW EAR ZEEVE

i want to wish all my friends a very happy new ear.
last year aunty pet and the big man had a really big new ear zeeve party and there was a fight and a lot of noise.
this time it was a lot quieter cos aunty pet hasn't been very well and she said she couldn't cope with a big party.
sides - leroy's daddy and honey were in the budgie islands (or was it "parrot islands or canary islands? some sort of bird place anyway.)
so this time aunty pet and the big man and leroy went to the house of jock, the man in a skirt, who got all silly last year when he drank what he said was a wee dram.
he didn't say they were all having new ears though - he said they were having hog money.

I fink a hog is a sort of pig so perhaps they were all getting some money to buy a pig.

I hope aunty pet doesn't bring a pig back with her.
i don't think i'd like to share the house with a pig.
i'm a bit frightened of pigs - they're much bigger than me and seem a bit fierce.


anyway they left me all alone in the house while they went to collect their hog money.
i didn't mind at all at first cos it was nice and warm and peaceful and quiet and i curled up and went to sleep on aunty pet's bed.
they seemed to be gone along time though.
then the most awful thing happened.
there was lots and lots of very very loud bangs and wizzes.
it sounded like gay forks night only much worse and much nearer.
i was really really scared and i dived under the bed.
i could still hear the loud bangs though.
one was so loud the window rattled.
then a terrible and embarrassing thing happened !
i was so scared i wee-weed myself on aunty pet's carpet - i couldn't help it, i really couldn't.
and then, even worse i got runny poos and didn't have time to get to my tray.
I tried to get to my tray,i really did, but my tray was downstairs and as i was running downstairs to it there was another terrible bang and the poos sort of came out on their own all the way down the stairs.
i felt dreadful.


i was afraid that aunty pet and the big man would be really cross with me when they got back so i went on hiding under the bed.


a long time after the banging had stopped i heard them come in.
Leroy called me but i kept quiet and hidden.
he came running upstairs to look for me and then i heard him yell and i knew what he'd trodden in !!!!


I heard aunty pet say - "i knew there'd be trouble with those fire works ! It's literally scared the shit out of the cat!"
 she meant me of course.
i hid further under the bed.
i heard a lot of clearing up and scrubbing going on and then aunty pet and leroy came up and looked at me under the bed and said it was all right and they weren't cross and i came out and they cuddled me.


they haven't noticed the puddle of wee yet though.


at least they didn't come back with a pig - which i'm very glad about.

fishday friday is early this week as it is my daughters birthday tomorrow, so i'll pop some tuna and cream in the fridge,  taylor doesn't like catnip very much but boots (the stray) loves it! - i'm sure he won't mind sharing some with you, tlc so i've put some on your feather

Yes i am still here machel, but not for long. i fink i'm off back to  avillidge today - or it might be tomorrow.
leroy's daddy is coming to fetch me in his car after he gets home from work.
they've all got back from the canary place and leroy is back at school again so i'm off back to the cottidge soon.
aunty pet says it was lovely to have me with her again and she wants me to come again soon.
leroy says he has a harfturm holly day for a week next month and he's coming back to stay with aunty pet then and i can come too.
so i shall be back again soon.

I wish I'd seen mr tom and mrs lori while I was here.
last time i only just missed mr tom - perhaps he might just show up before i have to go back this time.
it seems ages since i've seen him.
I've got my stuff all ready to go now - my new feather and everything.
i'll have a lot to tell mehitabel at the farm when i get back.
i'm just going to sit here in the window and watch for mr tom.
i do hope he comes to say goodbye.

TLC, it's been nice seeing you around again and pop in when you are next able to . I'm sure Mr Tom is thinking of you even if he is unable to drop in - I think he was having internet problems some time ago.

I'm back mrs fluffy and everyone.
leroy's daddy brought me and leroy here to aunty pet's last night.
leroy isn't going to skool this week cos its arfturm or something and leroys daddy has to go to work.
Honey can't look after us because - guess what -
Just after kriss muss honey ran off wiv seth from the farm.
 she took baby bee wiv her.


after she went it wasn't so bad for me.
i was left in the cottidge on my own while leroy was at skool and his daddy was at work but i had got a cat flap and everything and leroy always fed me when he got home from skool.
leroy's daddy is very sad and cross though.
some awful shouting went on when he found out honey was going off with seth.
 i learned lots of yuman words i've never heard before.

(what's a "nore and a trollhup"?)


it was especially bad when seth came to talk to him.
then they had a fight - far worse than any fight us cats have!
I hid under the bed.
I learned a lot more strange words then as well!


it's nice and quiet here at aunty pets.
I'm going to sleep a lot.
i missed a lot of sleep wiv all the shouting and fighting that went on.
