I am not REALLY nermal's proper mummy you know - but don't tell him that.
i am really just his haddopiff mummy and mr. tom is his haddoptiff daddy.
 i don't think he's as much trouble as your yuman kitten is.
he's still got a lot to learn but he can run about and climb things and has even tried to wash his own fur and he never cries.
he's quite a good kitten really.


poor bagabones is still in the hozpickle. i think he's going to be there for a lot longer.
i've put his bones and treats in the freezer for him.

Oh dear! I hope things aren't too bad, just taking a bit longer than first expected. Gentle hug for Bagabones.

hi tlc and crew (i'm not going to put any emicons, too risky!) i was lost in the clouds, no matter what i did i couldn't reply or see anything other than original posts (even my own), i have missed everyone, bagabones going into hospital, nermal learning new things and tlc and mr tom looking after him (as well as belle and baby, marg and everyone else) i'll leave some cream and double gloucester in the fridge

Erm, just wanted to tell you about sukey's new trick. she has decided to climb the apple tree and surprise the squirrels. I went down the garden earlier to see if there were any fallen apples to make a crumble, and down dropped a grey squirrel and a little black pussy cat. The squirrel looked confused (well, as confused as a squirrel can look), and scarped off to hight ground again!
Love to everyone including poorly bagabones. I just gotta make it quite clear that when i go back to work I will prob not have more time on here than at present. I have been invited to apply for a promotion, and I am not sure that senior management should be spending too much time doing things like this!!!!

mr tom is very clever too and he knows a lot, but i don't think he knows about single glossturr.

that chicken was deelishuss sossy but i didn't think much to that green rabbit food that was with it.

Hi tlc and crew the only trick taylor has is to bring home live rabbits! mr machel and i went out on saturday night (boogie nights!) rudely interrupted by my daughter screaming Helppppppppppppp, taylor has a rabbit in the kitchen, she rescued taylor but the rabbit was just running around and hiding where it could. mr machel to the rescue with a strategically placed cat carrier and a walk to the edge of the field.

i don't think you can be a nowl - even though you are so clever and know everything.
'cos, if that's really a picture of you then you are the wrong colour to be a nowl.


nowls are grey or tawny or brown - not red and green.

 although a brown nowl isn't a really a nowl at all - it's usually a lady yuman bean in funny brown clothes with a whistle.  i think you must just be an unusually clever parrot el loro.

hi tlc and crew, including nermal taylor has lost his friends, monty and sandy have moved away (i hope they went with their "staff" as monty had a fondness for getting into anyones car) this does mean that fluff has returned from her walkabout, she was missing for a couple of weeks and the worst was thought. She doesn't really like other cats despite taylors overtures, she often hisses at him but this is probably because he is eating and drinking her food and water, definitely not the way to make friends!

if a cat is really good friends with another cat then they don't mind the other cat eating their food and drinking their water, machel.
mr tom is my bestest friend ever and i would give him my very last piece of fish.


talking of fish...... i believe today is friday! YAY!

good afternoon tlc and crew Fishday Friday fishpie for tea so i'll leave some haddock for you (smoked and "normal" - i'm using THAT reciipe again!), mr machel has donated some cream from his trifle - he just doesn't know yet! my friend has bought a kitten for her son, he is so tiny, the kitten not the son, and answers to the name of felix - well, he will when he learns it's his name

he MAY answer sometimes - but only if he feels like it.
us cats are like that you know.

it's been so quiet on here lately.
even mr. tom has hardly been in and he hasn't licked my ears for ages.

I keep coming into the lounge and looking to see who's around and, if there's no-one I know, I just have to go away again without posting.
there doesn't seem much point writing my diary and telling everyone what i have been doing if there's no-one around to read it.

i'm a very lonely little pussy cat. 
It's not like it used to be in the old days on channel 4 forums. we had so much fun then - my thread was busy all the time.

Sorry I havent been around but we had an Ham Urgancy here. Little Nermal had to go to the v.e.t.s where they gave him an In Gheck Shun but he ended up being very poorly My yuman said he had an Aler Jick reaction and it was touch and go! My yumans female cried loads and stayed up all night with nermal on her knee. He had his eyes closed tight and was shaking. I stayed with her and kept lick his face so he would wake up but he wouldnt I was very worried....


But luckily in the morning he woke up and he was very thirsty. He took his time to wake up all the way and walk about. He was all wobbly and I walk with him so he didnt fall over. In the evening he felt strong enough to eat so the yuman gave him some food which he gobbled down and meeped for some more and they gave it to him! He finished that off and came sniffing at my food so I let him have a bit.
That night he was still a bit scared so I let him sleep with me in my basket. The next morning he whispered to me that he missed his LC Mummy and wanted to come and stay with you.....So if its OK can Nermal come and stay with you and Auty Pet? He is all litter trained (apart from a tiny accident when he was ill) and can clean most of his own fur now (but he does fall over if he tried to clean the fur on his back).
I spent all evening clean the fur bits he cant reach so he looks all smart for his Mummy LC.


Nermal: Hi Mummy LC! I have had a big scary sleep and now I OK. Can I come and sleep over with you?

Poor poor Nermal. I loves Nermal. he seems cute.
And Mr Tom, you are a good father figure to Nermal,
And TLC, I always look out for your diary. I promise to visit more often. I will clean out your fridge forthwith and pop some prawns in the freezer compartment.

Do you mean that when you try to post a comment that there are no icons shown immediately below "Your Comment". You should be seeing a series of 25 icons with the 20th being a smiley face. Then when you click on that, you should get a little box with the available "Graemlins" as they are called here. There are 44 of them including .



Sometimes I find that these icons don't appear, so I cancel my comment, refresh the page, try again, and normally see them back again.

You can toggle the post comment screen between WYSIWYG (which seems to be the default and shows the row of icons) and non-WYSIWYG (which does not show the icons and shows your comment including behind the scenes coding if any has been used). If, for some reason you are only able to see the non-WYSIWYG option, then this would explain why you can't get anything other than plain text when you post. This would be a bug and you would want to report it so that Livecloud can sort it out for you.

I can't get any smileys now either. i've tried refreshing the page and toggling tha wysiwyg thing but they don't come back. i got those last two because i remembered the codes and typed them in. now i can't get new lines and paragraphs.

ha - i've got the bar under "your comment" back again this time with all the icons and the smileys and stuff but that's because i've just gone to a different puter.


i'll see if i can do paragraphs too on this one.

well here is my story about the last couple of weeks.


leroy is back at skool so i haven't been seeing him much lately.
anyway he says it's harfturm next week which means he won't be going to skool for a week and he's going to come and play with me then.

(he can come and play with you too nermal... - you'll like leroy. ... )


leroy's daddy was talking about getting a house because he wants to live with honey- the lady he says he likes to put his leg over  - and he can't live with her in the flat he shares with leroy 'cos there isn't enough room for honey and all her "stuff" in there.
 leroy said when his daddy got a house i could go and live with them and leave aunty pet's but i wasn't sure i wanted to do that.
i love leroy but i love aunty pet as well.
anyway they decided they couldn't get a house after all because of some crunch thing so i was relieved that i wouldn't have to decide and everything would go on as before.
but now something has happened.......


honey had a grandma who was very old (about 28 in cat years  and this old grandma has died and she left a  well (or wall or will or willy - or something) which said that honey could have her house.
so now honey says they can all move into her grandma's old house and i can go too.


she says it will have to be dunnup first as it is too holdfashunned and hasn't got any moddkons. i don't know quite what that means but leroy's dad says it sounds like a lot of hard work for him and he's not very good at dee.eye.why.


he isn't either - i remember when he helped the big man to put my cat-flap in the door, they got in a right mess and there were lots of rude words said.


he says the new house won't be ready to move into until after chris muss comes (is he coming again then?) so i don't have to worry about it just yet.


all the same - i can't help being a bit nervous......

yes TLC, Chris Muss comes but once a year. (poor mrs Christmas)

Are you back in Internet Explorer?  Your post seems to be the regular size to me (I'm in Firefox).

this page is all right mrs. lori. this one is normal size but page 33 is ever so wide and off the screen.
all the pages are fine until i get to page 29 and after that it all goes all wide.
it's still like that now - i've been back and had another look.
yes i am on internet explorer.

width is very important to a cat. they know from their whiskers if they can fit in a gap or not. if page 33 gets stretched the little cat will not be able to make it through. ==

I click on Post Reply and a box pops up, on top is "post comment", "your name" "machel" and "your comment" underneath is "posting tips", "watch this post" "add attachments" and on the right hand side "toggle WYSIWYG", if i click on this i get nothing, or by right clicking i get "page cannot be displayed", i don't seem to get any paragraphs either! question: how do i report?
