we have had a sleep breakthrough in the belle household. JC is now pretty much sleeping through. It was tough, but i was determined to do it, and my hard work paid off after 3 horrendous nights of crying. babybel is so much better having a decent nights sleep i should think tho. he's done 2 in a row now. the first night we were all woken at 4am tho, because Sukey brought a little mouse in for a play. but last night it was only a giant poo that woke the little man up. I can't tell you how happy I am. I might now be able to go back to work and actually function!

That's really good news, Belle!  You must feel like a new woman!   When do you go back to work?

I've just spotted Machel from above at her Livecloud blog Fishday Friday. She is OK but she is having major problems in that she cannot see any postings being made other than her original posting - that seems to be the case whether its this thread or her own blogs. I don't know if anyone can help her but it looks as if they would need to contact her outside this forum.

There is another display issue with IE and it seems to have got huge, all of a sudden.
There are lots of people suddenly not being able to see pages....a lot more than before.

I have sent Machel a PM suggesting she dowmloads another browser as I think that could be the problem.

Most likely. I was on IE earlier (no choice) and couldn't see some pages, but now I'm on FF I can see them with no problems.

oh poor machel - she can't see me !
no wonder she hasn't brought me any fish on fish-day if she can't see me.

perhaps she could give the fish to someone who could see me and they could bring it along.

perhaps el loro could fly down to machel and pick up some fish in his big strong curved beak and then fly back over here and drop it on me and mr tom.

I havent been here all week because I have been teaching Nermal how to hunt. We start small, hunting leaves (lots of them around at the moment), then we moved onto fluffy mice. He doesnt seem to be very good at it but he is enjoying it.
He isnt growing either! He seems to be the same size he was when he came here to live! He is just a small white fluff ball
Do I need to do anything to make him grow? Other wise he wont be able to jump the back wall and come and play in the field with me and LC

perhaps nurmal isn't eating much mr tom.

us cats need to eat to grow big and strong.

here - take him some of my fish - machel didn't come again on friday, but that nice parrot flew in with some fish and marguerite brought some lovely cod. .

TLC. You are going to be a MUMMY! yay. I have been amummy for 6 months now. It is harfd work, but apparently it is worth it. I am reserving judgement. I have to go back to my proper job in january, so I am going to leave babybel with a nice lady called Rowena all day. He will like it. She has some other boys and girls she looks after too. He will miss our cats tho. he thinks they are hilarious and tries to say meow to them, before they run off! ha ha. love to bagabones, and all the assorted riff raff erm folk that come in here! x

Machel have you met Nermal? He is a tiny ickle kitten at the moment and me and LC have haddopted him  I teach him to hunt and sneak around and LC makes sure he looks nice. When LC was cleaning his head he falled asweep

Nermal: 'ello everyoone! mr Tom is my daddy now and LC is my mummy  I dont know what that mean but so far it means I get extra fish on fred day and have met loads and loads of new yumans. I likes yuman they stroke my fluff. Whta happens if I press this button? ¬ Oh thats a funny squiggles int it? I need to go to the v.e.t soon but Mr Tom said its only for a cheek up. SO I have been practising putting my bum cheeks in the air  my bum still itches a bit but Mr Tom said it will stop once I come back from the v.e.t....what is a v.e.t?
