Taking exercise today, I came across the opportunity to do something I have not done in ages.
The best bit is the person who served me was the one who served me just before lockdown, a nice symmetry.

It's certainly a tonic for me Saint.
They only allow 2 customers in to take away their purchases, I can socially distance in the gardens where I enjoy my coffee, relaxing, listening to birds, looking at flowers. A totally organic experience.

Did i ever tell you the story of my trip home?
Years ago i worked at a pub - i didn't drive - i had a bicycle ... with no lights
To avoid the Police i would ride down the village and away from the main high street.
As i was riding towards the old village, a fox jumped a wall and ran right next to me down into the village.
Just me and that fox, in silence in the dark, it never saw me.
It ran toward the left, across the front of my bike and away into the forest, down towards the river.
It was a magical experience i will never forget

I could have reached down and grabbed that fox - it had no idea i was there
It was just me and him - like we were on an adventure together
Wish i could have followed him down to the river
