Here's one > I went to a snobby school and was so ashamed of the terraced house where I lived I'd sometimes ask to be dropped off outside a big house... duck in behind the hedge and scarper when the car had driven away

I remember my sis in law......used to buy clothes and when asked by her hubby (my bruv) used to say it was her twin sister's and she'd borrowed it
