The questions a - Mine were along the lines of: How would you develop the role -What could you add to the FAculty
Could be How will you support the Head of Maths -i this is what you call them
They will be looking for ideas about the role and your vision of it I would think.
They may want to know even gender stuff especially as you are beoming co-Ed + specific maths related probs
I,m sure you do this already as England seems more advanced in some areas of education than Wales but tracking for c/d borderliners or in your case A to A* - What strategies you would use to enable full potential + lots of the good old Jargon
