Mmmmm, I kinda missed it for the first time today. It was cos BB & general board was like this that I first started LUTing... I just wanted for find somewhere to post in peace!

It will be over in 3 weeks and we can all go back to normal.

Fights over PM's, threads about lady gardens, normal length sigs.....

Anyway... just had two bits of good news, and one bit of very very funny news!

Good News: Hubbies two best mates (who were both his best men) have had babies in the last fortnight. Both special, cos one of the couples lost their first baby last year, he only lived 6 hours , but they have just had a baby girl, and all is well and she is gorg and healthy. Other couple had been trying for ages and ages. the wife is 45, so time was running out, and they have been through loads of IVF sessions. They had their baby boy two weeks ago, 6 weeks early, has just got out of SCBU, but is also very gorg.

We've just seen all the pics on Facebook, and we both got a bit choked... cos of all the crap they've all been through!


Funny News....

Little Brother in Law told us they were going up into the Polish mountains for their honeymoon. We have just seen the pics on Facebook. HER PARENTS WENT WITH THEM!!!!!! There are some very funny pictures of her and her mum... both faces liked slapped bottoms... on mountain train carraiges.

Has brought all this Big Brother nonsense into context.... so I am happy now

ooooh, and hubby just said I can put a silver order in, so I can make the baby girl a christening bracelet!

Re: the honeymoon... no, I don't think its tradition.... I think BIL is just completely pussywhipped. Its very very weird. He never mentioned it to us... went out of his way to omit that detail.

And her parents were crying at the wedding... and apparently (Cos I can't remember) really wailing when they left the reception.

Apart from the headache you mean? It's been a long hard day. I returned a couple of textbooks because I decided to rent them instead (long story... actually not really long) and then we all had to bugger off to the second part of orientation. I decided to leave early cos it got boring
