LOL at Ducky!

She's kinda ok... she likes to stay out of the drama queen diva antics of her classmates... and she has consistently worked all year, she'll be fine.

Its just her scholarship is dependant on her getting 5 A's. Realistically she'll get alot more than that (plus an A or B in AS Engineering)... but its the 'what if' thats doing her head in. The biggest risk is for her to let nerves and pressure get to her.

Anyhoos how are you Ducky?

As I mentioned... my boy is year 7.. and as you probably know we've had a horrible two years with some bullying, and then recently with secondary school applications.

This year he got a new form tutor... and she has been a total godsend to him, us.. the whole class. SHE sorted the bullying out (though she got an accusation of victimisation, against the bullying childs parents, on her permanent employment record Frowner ), she has brought out the best in my boy (and the other kids) in every way.

When she found out what school he had been allocated, she burst into tears!!! And since then has been supporting our appeals... well above and beyond the call of duty. It was her that whispered to us that there were places at a good school across the county border... the school he now has a place at.

So... I want to show my appreciation... but I don't want to embarrass her.

I was thinking a really nice bouquet of flowers, and a card saying about the above... if I took them up to the office during the day (out of prying parental eyes).

Do you think thats appropriate... ?
