Exactly! You can put across a pretty forceful view while still being polite. I've seen it done on here everyday.

Some people are just rude, nowt we can do about that I suppose. (except make that mental note. )

It always makes me laugh though when you see someone supporting a "nice" HM in a down right rude manner.
