DITTY!!! I've not seen you for agesss!!
I'm so bloody fantastic! I've never been so happy, I've not had a single care in the world and I've had the biggest smile on my face ever.
And awh there wasn't a single iffy one there, everyone was fantastic and I swear it's just a place for attractive men to gather
Blimey... my festival experience is that there seems to be an aircraft hanger somewhere full of idiots in stupid hats with flags... that are released to attend festivals.
I have encountered the hotty or two at V though... in my single youth
Anyhoos.... from what I saw on the box.... I am jellus of you seeing..... Pendulum.. Prodigy...Dizzy Rascal! They all looked FAB!
I didn't meet a single awful person, everyone was just...wonderfullll.
And yes...encounters at festivals..something I can put in my life book
Aaaah I saw all of them, right up the front too Prodigy were just....unbelievable.

They make us very proud!

The main prodigy boys are Liam, Leroy (aka Maxim) & Keith (Keef).. they are all Braintree boys born and bred. They met at a club called The Barn, in Braintree... in the very early rave days.

Me too! I got their new CD for MOthers Day (alongside Erasure's greatest hits... which was a bit random!).
They make me feel not so old... cos they are a couple of years older than me.
Unlike Damon bloody Alburn... who I thought looked ancient the other night.
(Blur are from Colchester, btw Darlo.... only Damon doesn't have such a good reputation here.... he was a bit 'strange' at school apparently)

They're all top tracks.... also love 'Smack my B up'... and the 'You're no good for me' one!
Oh right so Blur down the road then , I like Basement Jaxx too .

, dance music has gone down a bit since then it's good but not as great as it was back in the days .

Basement Jaxx are ok.... they remind me of Gay Pride (I used to go to Pride... me and my friend used to have to pretend to be together... to keep the scary butch birds away)... but Basement Jaxx 'Romeo' reminds me of Pride. A lovely young gay lad did the whole song and dance for us on the train on the way home!

Ha ha , bet that was so funny lol. They've got lots of fab tracks like the Prodigy. Sash are great too I love Encore Une Fois , Freemasons are doing well at the moment though .

Ya probably don't want to get me on my soap box on this one Darlo
But.... dance music is dire currently! And there is just no excuse for it... its lazy. Prodigy are old school... and there new tracks have loads of old school rifts in... which make the hairs stand up on the back on my arm.
Pendulum are good... probably the most innovative music I've heard for a while! But all this "speed up an old track, and put some mediocre rapper in it" stuff is just embarrassing!

Aaah I loveee it!! It's so fun.
I actually do mean that btw
And annoyingly, I was typing out my days adventures then saw this, clicked reply before realising too late that it meant alll of what I'd typed was gone
*Begins again*

Besides... doesn't she get it yet... the more she shows embarrasment... the more embarrassing it will get!
(Molly was terrified at her bbq cos we had threatened to make a speech!)

But he's not even real... he's a 17 year old vampire for gods sake!! (and his brother).
Molly and I are circulating the Twilight books (must have read them all ten times now)... and watched the film about twenty times. I am actually blushing as I type this!

Some of the new stuff is ok, but it's just remixes and no-one hardly produces their own stuff like it was back then when it was at it's best.
You'll never beat a bit of old school .

*HUGE GRIN* I was there Darlo.... happiest memories of my life! When rave music was emerging... rendevousing on the M25 and dancing til dawn in aircraft hangers and random fields. (My leg was on the front page of The Sun, when the news of "illegal raves" hit the news)
