I just work in a very old school..... the windows are those tiny push up (are they called sash??) ones..... and half of them are painted shut. I won't complain though cos they're thinking of knocking it down and buiding a new one.... but it's boooootiful.

Anyway, it's easier for me to just push open a window and keep it open with a latch. It's too much to ask me to push up a window open

It already has one on parts of it.... so they can't demolish the lot thank god! The original building will stay..... it's used as the library now and looks like a little church. It has stained glass windows and everything. I love it!!! I just don't think a new build inspires the same sense of community.

I may not bother with the order ....and just slap the governors instead.
