We drove down there from Rome ....and stayed just south of Sorrento .....in fact we got pick pocketed just outside Naples😡😡 ....and you could see them at work in our resort !

We have never managed to get South of Rome......it's like that in Barcelona as well, you can see them watching you,it's very uncomfortable

Yes , they worked in gangs ....you’d see one actually nick it ....then pass it to another person ...who would then pass it to someone on a moped ...😡😡

When we were in a square in Barcelona the tour group had their backs to them, they were getting closer and closer, so instead of listening I just stood and stared ....a lady in another group got her bag nicked

Yes , one came close to us in the resort ...but by then we were on full alert ....so we did what you did and stopped and stared them out !
