I'm sorry but this is really pissin me off......  I know there are exit polls... and swing... but the tory shadow bloke saying this has been a huge public rejection of labour, when actually they have won the two results that have come in!!!

I don't particularly want labour in.....  but lets just say it as it is fgs...

My God 12,000 Tory votes in Sunderland....not looking good

Agreed Ditty, the three results that have come in have all been Labour holds, with a hugely decreased Majority though.... I was really hoping that the Lib/Dems would have a better showing that they have had so far, but I suppose the night is young and the seats that have been declared are in strong Labour areas, the interesting times will start when marginal seats start being declared.

thank god its not just me!    Irrelevant of which party support or who's saying it....

I think it is not just the fault of the politicians in the Tv studio.. they have to fill at this stage and they are just talking the party line.. when the results start to avalanche it will be different

I'm really surprised with the high turnout at the polls, they are showing queues at polling stations and St Pauls in Brum have had to call the police out as people were trying to vote even after the polls had closed.
