I suppose it depends on how long the queues are - apparently some have been unusually long. However, as someone who's always ultra-careful not to leave things to the last minute, I do share your view. There's probably some who work late and vote on the way home, but the polls are open from 7am - couldn't they have voted on the way to work, when the polls are relatively quiet?
This issue of people being unable to vote is going to grow
