I'm listening to Stephen Nolan of 5live, and somebody has just mentioned the percentage the parties had and it doesn't seem right that the tories are not in. Something about the electoral system has to be changed here. It doesn't seem very democratic that the party with the most votes still doesn't have the mandate.

Ditty, I'm a firm believer that if children get a good grounding, they might get off the rails for a bit, but they will remember the person they are and come back to it. In your case, it sounds as if there was the normal little hick-up about discovering boys and booze, but she's obviously keen to do well. You'll be fine.

I daredn't agree.... cos it jinx's it. The moment I think everythings fine... something else happens. But... thank you. My nan used to say that when kids are little they pull at your apron strings, when they grow up they pull at your heartstrings. I think I am just starting to understand exactly what she meant! Anyway.. I need her to do well.... she's pretty much my pension plan... and now we have a Tory government...
