I've changed to FireFox tonight Lori and it was slightly better than Chrome, although its now 9pm and its very sluggish and the sticky's have gone for me too...I know you are trying to sort it and it's much appreciated ... could you do it before Christmas please, the problem is turning me to drink and I don't want to spend the festive holidays in rehab

It was ok until , like Moonie says, about 8.45 Lori....if that helps ...

I'm seeing some of the slowness as well, although I can still see the stickies. And that page is the slowest of all, isn't it?

I think they are all the same Lori .....it is really bad at the moment .....but I bet it will suddenly start getting better again after 10 ....it's really strange , but it happens every night  

I've just got back since my last post about 25 minutes ago Lori, but I'm delighted you can see the problem and we're not losing the plot  Thanks for all the help  

Logged in fine tonight using Firefox (at 8pm).

The first half hour in the Masterchef thread was ok and then it went coggy.

IACGMOOH thread is like wading through treacle backwards with your legs tied together () - so slow.  Takes 20 seconds for a post to go through, and refreshing the page takes at least 3 times longer.

Am sure you'll get it sorted but thought I'd post my experience for reference.

It is starting to speed up a bit ...intermittently ....at least for me

If it's the stickies that are causing the problem ...................is it really necessary to sticky them? It's a current enough thread to stay bumped isn't it?

The dev team used this time to run some queries and get some very useful information, so we'll see what happens with THAT. 

It's like toothache ...awful when it's hurting , but wonderful when it stops

Well, I just tried to post in the 'Jungle' thread. It made it to a white screen prior to the refreshed page coming up - five minutes later and I was still looking at the white page. I gave up and cancelled the post.

Windows 7 and IE9 - on a PC.

You need Windows 8 on a lappy 

Probs all night ........marginally better at the moment. Windows 8 - Google Chrome and also IE.

I'm on Safari ...dreadful for an hour and a half ....then it cleared and it's fine now 

Moderately good now..Linux..Firefox..

I'm on Chrome and it's improving

I suspect that they'd prefer carrots to mushy peas. I seem to be the only one here that likes mushy peas. And you're right: I'M not sharing!
