I reckon the dumbest thread is that one at the top of the page the "Please Read  - Your flashplayer, your adobe reader, your windows xp has been infiltrated by viruses and other creepy crawlies and if you don't do something immediately your computer will blow up taking half the neighbourhood with it". After all what sort of person goes round scaring people like that - it shouldn't be allowed

Some of the immature, disability - phobic threads saying "poor" Mikey shouldn't be in the house, he wasn't able for it.  As he would probably say - Pish!!!

Who could forget the Science/chicken-bum-washing incident? People were actually falling out on the forum because of that.

I regard Hevvas threads in the jawdropping genius category because they are mostly so contentious that they're a bliddy good read.
Course, some of the opinions in them fall into the dumb category - but the same could be said of lots of threads
I miss the Hevva - I don't think she wants to slum it with us anymore since she got all graduated and stuff

'Night of a Thousand (Meat)Spins' had its merits.  I seem to remember someone's daughter caught them at it and a cat turned gay at one point.

I used to be amazed at the "Goodnight" threads when the C4 forum used to close at midnight. A series of FMs would post their goodnight threads, and I would wonder what would happen if we all had individual ones. I also hated how that meant the forum was closing soon - those threads brought a feeling of finality. Like "the party's over" or being called up by your mum when it was time to come in.

I was never a member on C4 but lurked a bit and on here for a while before joining. Back then, I could not get over the viciousness of a few forum members, they literally rowed everyday, flinging insults at each other and threatning legal action. It was horrible.Thankfully they are not here anymore.

Awww Fairfax, there are some really horrible people about. It wasn't just you being a newbie, I got slaughtered by one of them and their mates on a regular basis
