It will be the poorest and as rightly pointed out, the ConDems can squirm and say the richest are losing the highest proportion but what they forget to mention is it's the richest who've had it good for so long with tax cuts, rising wages, property speculation, utility share discounts and benefits in some cases.

The poor didn't have it good under the Tories 1979-97 and didn't have it particularly good under Labour 1997-2010 either, with Labour expanding wealth inequalities.  As Peter Mandelson said (paraphrased) during the 'good' times, "I'm extremely comfortable about people becoming obscenely rich" - I bet he was since he was wined, dined and received freebies from so many of them.

I personally won't be hit too hard, but then again, I lost my job through redundancy a few months ago, so I've already taken the hit.  Money is flowing out of my current account at a frightening rate with only JSA to support me - but I have savings.  Petrol going up and VAT are the big ones as far as I'm concerned although they'll only make me slightly poorer than I am now.

As far as those who'll be hit, it looks like the disabled and those in social housing who will be clobbered from all sides.

I have to admit- some of the stories we read red in the papers about families with numerous kids bragging about what they get off thre Govt per week have done nothing to support the real families needs. They are now targeting everyone because of this - which i find dispicable. They know these cuts will stick because of what went through when Maggie was is power- and its now the same old story over again. I just hope the Libs know this has set set them back to the years after the 2nd World war. once this coalition is finally ended.  I was supporting the Libs- but after this-- Clegg is in it for himself and the money.

Looking around this street, nearly every house on it, five of my neighbours depend on carers, and that will be either gone or cut back. Elderly, the disabled  and those most dependant on help will suffer.
We are used to unemployment under a tory government, we are now going to have to adapt to the more vulnerable in society  losing life lines that are not a luxury but a necessity, because of public school boys playing I can do this game easily, those that would not have a clue what it's like to worry about a bill, those that would not have a clue what it's like to wait for a carers key in the door at 7.30 to get you out of bed, or make you a bite to eat
Cameron and his cronies should hand their heads in shame, but will they...NO, because we're all in this together right!
Crime will rise, because of benefit cuts, less police that we have now less prison placements means leaner sentences for those who will repeatedly break the law. But it's ok, because the tories can rehabilitate them, with less housing benefit and cuts in their living allowances,  soaring fuel prices, oh no they won't break in to peoples houses to grab a few quid to bang on their leccy cards....
I could go on all day, but I can't be ar@ed, but I think a god help those that need it is in order.

Well a month ago I was told I would be able to get funding for my own wheelchair, but now it's 'being revised' even though I've got 2 hospitals and my GP to back me up. So I've just had to fork out ÂĢ230 for one, I can't wait 12 weeks for them to make up their minds. I know I won't be getting it refunded either. The war has begun

Thanks for the huggles, JB x Life changes all the time matey, sometimes we just gotta roll with the punches and accept what's going on for now if it's out of our hands to change it. Hope u ok x

I hope that the cuts get opposed enough strongly that some notice is taken. I would be quite happy to participate in a mass protest (like the poll tax protests) to show these poxy twats that we are not happy - and if I get a chance to loot a few shops (like Gucci, Karen Millen and De Beers) then even better
