I hadn't thought about changing the avatars after Halloween - but I suppose it would be sensible   rexi - if you have any thoughts on what you'd like I'll have a go!  I do like trying to do these wee things - helps my learning as well as being fun.

I missed the bus but I'm gonna shelter from the rain a while anyway ;-)

has been in hospital since Saturday having IV antibiotics  I might try and come back later tonight if I feel up to it

thanks everyone   teach me to be so confident, I ended up being carted back again yesterday for a DVT   it's only a small clot so I've been given clot thinning medication and am back home with my leg elevated and am on bed rest    at least I'm home

I hope you get better quickly Pengy . The important thing is that you are being treated correctly for the DVT as I know how serious that is. I don't know if you are being treated with Warfarin which is the standard anti-clot medication, but don't be put off by the point that it is also used as rat poison. It is a fact that some compounds which can be used as poisons can also be used for medical treatments.

I see you and Sweet Summer haven't changed your time settings. I posted this elsewhere a few days ago:
Although our computer clocks will change automatically, the settings on this site will not change  We each need to change them ourselves.

Move your pointer over the Livecloud logo at the top of the page. When the menu appears, select the last item Your Control Panel and click on that. You then get to a page headed Your Network Settings.
Scroll down and about half way down you will see Time Zone with (for us in this country) GMT +1 Brussels, etc.(that is for Pengy, though Sweet Summer will have somthing else)
From the drop down box, select the one which says - GMT Western Europe Time London etc.
Then click Update Settings at the bottom of that page.

I've gone into details for the benefit of anyone who does not know what to do.
