   i don't like he way he teaches   he's all over the place but as it's supplementary to my online course I can live with it

No it's supposed to be basic Latin (I've never done it before) but half the class have and he's praising them when they know the answers whereas us that have never done it before are made to look like idiots and it's causing a gulf in the class as well as friction.  The next level next year is pre-GCSE but the Government won't fund GCSE in Latin so if we do it, we'll have to pay for private tuition and he's hinting that if we club together we could set up a class with him as the teacher 

I don't like unstructured lessons   I guess I'm a child of my age

Evening all btw

My online course is basic Latin as well, it works up to GCSE but it takes 3 years to get to that stage.  Apparently we'll be the same as year 8 students at the end of this year
