some exotic goan fish recipe - first time he's done it ... and the monkfish needed to marinate a bit longer than he'd planned

I love hubby's Saturday night dinners - they're usually lovely ....but I love Margueritas as well ...and once I've had a few drinks I lose my appetite.  On a knife edge here

And yes Pamula, I have had a good one. Are you both ready? We have been out for a Chinese and had:

Salted king prawns and chilli 

Salted soft shell crab and chilli (bit samey, I know)
Steamed monkfish and mushroom 
Sizzling scallops with ginger and spring onion

Eggs fried rice
Noodles

..... and wine

Oooooo!

  oooh dinner's ready - I'm off!

I've just been in the kitchen for my next can............I refuse to believe I've drunk more than I have. I was missing an empty can..............I found it on the windowsill instead of the recycling box!

And, I had a pair of silly heels on, because you used to be able to park behind the restaurant, so I didn't think I would have to walk far. However, it is now a clamping zone, so we had to park about half a mile away, and now I have a blister.

stoppit - it has been utterly horrid here today ... I went out for a bike ride and managed to get to the top of the road before the heavens opened ... I had to come home

Managed to get out on the bike again about half and hour later - that was good.

Went (walking) to pick the other lappy up from my little computer man (who had just fixed it) when the thunder and lightening started - I was soooo worried the computer would be hit!!
