Hi rexi ...I'm in Tunbridge Wells this week ....weather is lovely ...and I've been married for 21 years tonight.  I'm a bit sozzled

But then, in about a month I am going with two girlie friends

Pam ....I really do know what you mean and how disappointing, and disillusioning it is to have a loyalty to a group (thread) when we aren't turning up.  I've often felt the same.  I wasn't trying to excuse ... more to explain.  My life has changed a lot recently, I don't have the same freedom/time that i used to - and I do sometimes look and think no-one's around I won't bother .... it's not that i don't value or like you guys, it just is what it is.

I REALLY miss Bunny ...I've had to accept we can't recreate the past .. maybe the thing is to create a new future.  I just don't know quite how we do that ...maybe we can discuss it over a pint the next time I come to Newcastle
