Don't apologise for asking lol I'll freely admit I don't know much - it was the idea - I've been reading up about the meta tags and it said that google only looks at the meta description so I've done that. I thought that listing FM names and stuff might help because it said it looks at what's on the page. All advice gratefully received though

Good start. Yes it does, but it helps to repeat stuff in the META tags and different search engines index different elements. Also, last time I checked Google displays the META tag description below the link. If the description META tag is missing it picks up the text in the first para tag - I think...
I'll email you tomoz with some stuff (but it'll probably just be attached html files as the advice is on an intranet).
