Hi, all!

Good lawd  - what's the time where you are?

2pm, Rexi.

It's the OTHER bus I have trouble with...I'm not usually awake at 2am.

2 pm?

You should be more alert than us ... it's nearly bedtime

Well, it is my bedtime - night all Well done again sweet

Rexi

That's lovely Lori!  It looks like what I imagine is very traditional American - do you design it or follow a pattern?

I do a bit of sewing - clothes, curtains, cross-stitch and a little bit of embroidery and beading but I've never tried anything like that.  I have a huge picture frame that I can't find a picture for in my flat and I've been thinking I'd like to make a fabric one.  I haven't much of an idea where to start though ..... I may be looking for some tips!

Man, I COULD have maybe caught the bus this last time. What a terrible night's sleep I had.

Hoochie, I don't think of that quilt as traditional, really. The top is a big piece of fabric with the picture appliqued on it, one piece at a time. My daughter found a picture of one someone had made, and my husband created the pattern from that picture. This quilt is for my daughter, who will be fostering and then adopting at least one child.

This is my second quilt project. Here's my first, which is more traditional blocks, although with the applique on the blocks.
